Bodhi Linux 4.2.0 released, the new version is a small update version of Bodhi Linux, the use of 4.1.0 users do not need to upgrade through the new installation media.
One of the important changes in 4.2.0 is to abandon the installation media that supports 32-bit PAEs.
The older 32-bit computer is still supported by Bodhi’s Legacy version.
This is the first version to abandon the 32-bit PAE CD, it is important to note that the official still supports 32-bit computers, but if you need to install the 32-bit version of Bodhi Linux, the only version is Legacy ISO image. Legacy mirroring will apply to PAE and non-PAE 32-bit hardware, and if your computer requires a PAE kernel to take advantage of all its memory, you’d better use a 64-bit operating system. If you really need to use the PAE kernel in the 32-bit Bodhi operating system, you can install the Legacy version and then change the kernel.
